I’m on my mattress
It’s my third one in the past two years
My room is mess
It looks like I just moved in but it has been four and a half months now
I think it’s barely clicking that I live here now
I didn’t want to make it look like a home because I’ll be moving yet again
But I can’t keep feeling like I’m in limbo
So I’m going to do the bare minimum
I bought the mattress
And hangers
And a folding table to use as my desk
So what if it’s not a home yet
My time will come
I’ve decided to be a nomad
And I’m okay with that for now
My home will have to wait
