Is it just me or did the pandemic make you antisocial too? I don’t understand it. When I am out, even if it’s with a good friend, energetically I’m drained. It takes about two or three days for me to recover! I have to lay in bed whenever I can and wait for my energy to come back. I wasn’t like this before. I used to be a social butterfly, always out and about. I used to go out dancing every Thursday or Friday for over two years. It was a weekly ritual that was fabulous for my body. Now, if I put one toe out of the door, I tend to overthink if it’s worth going out. When I go for walks, it has to be early in the morning because making eye contact with strangers and smiling or even saying hello all morning is draining. Do you feel like this by any chance?
