I can see what I’m wasting my time on
I can see how much energy I’m giving away
I never get it back and this is why I feel this way
This morning, I looked around my room and noticed things I’ve never paid attention to

Only I know what goes on in my heart
And God
Only God knows what is good for me
Others opinions, even when I ask for it, are tainted by their upbringing
An upbringing I had nothing to do with
Projections
They’re projecting
I’m also projecting when I give solicited and unsolicited advice
There’s absolutely no need
Alone time
Alone time is what I need
I still love my friends
I still want community
Right now though, with where I am in life
It has to be just me and God
